Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring into your home.
If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To begin a return, email us at info@ayurahhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund items that don’t arrive back to us.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We quality check every item, but if something arrives damaged:
- Contact us at info@ayurahhome.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We’ll replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
Please Note:
- Custom or final sale items may not be eligible for return (this will be clearly stated on product pages).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
